Monster Truck Show

Tonight we are heading to the Monster Truck Show!!

Last night we went to the Monster Truck Show. I was well worth the price of the tickets... Well kind of.  

Of course we took both boys. 

Now 2 years go we took Ian to a Monster Truck Show back in Michigan he was the same age as Leland (3yrs) and we had to leave about half way through the show because he was over it, so I'm not sure why we thought Leland would be any different. 

Rob bought "VIP" tickets so what that meant was we could go 2 hours before the show. We could get photos and autographs from the drivers, walk around the Monster Truck Grounds and then take rides on an official monster truck.

We headed over to show early so we could check everything out and we of course bought the "Official" Race Flag.

That means we get to be the lucky parents that get to stand in line so our sweet adorable little boys get photos and signatures for EVERY driver! We might just win parent(s) of the year award.

It is just amazing how HUGE the trucks are!

After a few snacks... 
Okay lets be honest it was more than a few. 

I'm sure the list might be a little more extensive but from what I can remember, we had some popcorn, some soda, some nachos & 2 bags of Swedish Fish.


So back to the part of the story where I said the tickets were worth the price & where I mentiond we took Ian to a show around the same age Leland is now and had to leave the show at intermission. Well Leland lasted for about a half hour. Rob was sweet enough to leave with him so Ian and I could stay for the show. 

We had a "Super Awesome Time Mom"
