Here are a few recipes I have picked up here and there.
Nothing fancy just a few family favorites.

This is a wonderful recipe to sneak upon the kids. You can even change the name for the muffin. We just called them Leprechaun Muffins because it happens to be St. Patrick's Day.

Ingredients
-1 Package of boxed Muffin Mix with Fruit. ( I used Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix)
-4-6oz (one bag) of Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1 Banana
- 2 tsp of Vanilla Exctract
-1 tsp Cinnamon
In a large bowl add muffin mix, cinnamon and any ingredients the back of your box calls for (eggs, oil, milk)
In a blender puree the spinach, banana, and vanilla until smooth
Last, mix wet and dry together pour into muffin tins
Then bake according to the package directions.
& Enjoy!
Buffalo Wing Dip
This is a great recipe if you love Buffalo Wings but hate the mess!
Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked chicken breast
- 1 8oz package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Franks Wing Sauce (if you use regular Franks hot sauce it will be VERY spicy!)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I use any kind I have on hand)
Preheat your open to 350* and bake for about 30 min.
Start by spreading the cream cheese in the bottom of your backing dish.
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and spread over cream cheese layer.
Then mix together the Franks Wing Sauce & Ranch Dressing.
Then, pour mixture over chicken layer.
Finally, top with cheese and bake for 30 min @ 350*
Then enjoy with chips or crackers.
Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip
This is great dip for pretzels, crackers
& it's wonderful on a sandwich.
It's a sweet & tangy mustard.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Miracle Whip (don't use mayo)
- 5 Tbsp Brown Spicy Mustard
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
Mix all ingredients together and chill in fridge.
